Cheese soufflé

Baby friendly from 9 months old.

3 tblsp butter (or: 45g, 1.5 oz)

8 tblsp flour (or: 60g, 2.25 oz, ½ cup)

20 oz milk (or: 2.5 cups, 60g)

½ swiss cheese

4 yolks / 4 whisked whites

 

Preheat oven at 400 F

Mix melted butter and flour vigorously together. Let pan on a high heat and add the milk. Continue to stir. Let cool down before adding the yolks, cheese and whisked egg whites.

Pour into a dish (usually individual ones).

Cook for about 30 mn.
