Pre-heat oven at 350 F
2/3 cup cooked sliced bacon (the fewest fat possible)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
Roll out the crust on your tart pan. Poke it with a fork so it does not rise while cooking. (I like the Pillsbury crust, when too lazy to make my own).
Spread the cooked bacon on the crust.
Mix the eggs, milk, cream, spices and cheese all together.
Pour mixture into the tart pan
Cook for 40-45mn.
